I ordered a few pet supplies from jefferspet.com and had a really smooth experience. Everything arrived looking well-made and sturdy, not flimsy or cheap like some stuff I’ve bought elsewhere. My dog has been using the items for a while now and they’ve held up great with no issues. Overall, I’m happy with the order

I ordered some pet meds thinking they were available, but later found out they were actually backordered. Maybe I missed something on the site, I’m not totally sure, but I really wish that had been clearer upfront before I placed the order

"Small hiccup, but they handled it well"
My order from Jeffers Pet showed up with one item missing, so I wasn’t really sure if it had been overlooked or was coming separately. Reading between the lines, it seemed like just a simple mix-up. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me the next day. It took a bit longer than I would’ve liked to get everything sorted, but they were friendly and didn’t make it complicated. In the end, they fixed the issue, so I’d say it was a decent experience overall.

"Checkout was easy overall"
I ordered from jefferspet.com a little while back, maybe last week or the week before, and it was straightforward. I found what I needed, put it in my cart, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. The payment step was easy to follow, and nothing confusing or unexpected came up.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the cart page felt a bit slow on my end, though it still worked fine. Overall, it was a easy checkout experience, and I’d use the site again.

"Search was decent, but a little annoying"
I found the pet meds I needed fast, so that part was good. The search worked mostly fine, but one item just would not show up at first, which was annoying. I had to try a couple different searches, and yeah, that was kind of frustrating because it should’ve been easier to find. Overall it worked, but that one item being hard to pull up was definitely irritating.

"Double-check your order when it arrives"
Just a heads up, my package showed up, but two of the items weren’t what I ordered. Customer service did eventually fix it, but it was a hassle and took more time than it should have. I’d definitely recommend checking everything right away so you can catch any mistakes early.

The order itself was totally fine, so I can’t really complain too much. The delivery just took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated, which was a little frustrating. It got here eventually, so I guess it worked out, but I wouldn’t say the shipping experience was great.

"Super easy to keep up with my account"
I’ve been using Jeffers Pet for a bit now, and my account has just been really easy to manage. Logging in, checking old orders, changing my info, all of it feels simple in that way you really appreciate when you don’t want to think too hard about it.
I also like being able to find tracking and order details without feeling like I’m digging through a maze. It just makes reordering pet stuff feel way less annoying, and overall I’ve had a solid feeling about the whole thing. No complaints.

I ordered from jefferspet.com and had a really smooth experience with the shipping. The tracking stayed accurate the whole time and updated when it was supposed to. My package arrived exactly on the day it said it would, which I really appreciated. It was nice not having to wonder where my order was or deal with random delays

I tried placing an order with Jeffers, the payment part was way more annoying than it should’ve been. My card got declined twice even though I use it all the time with no issues, so it didn’t really make sense. Then the page refreshed and made me type everything in again, which was frustrating.
I finally got the order to go through with a different card, but by that point I was a little nervous about the whole thing. The prices seemed fine, but common sense says checkout should be the easiest part, not the part that makes you question whether the order is even going to work.

I was feeling a little pressured to get everything in on time, so I was relieved when my order from Jeffers Pet showed up without any dents or busted corners. "Autoship is kinda a hassle tbh"
I like the pet stuff well enough, but managing autoship on Jeffers Pet has been kinda annoying ngl. Changing the dates or swapping items isn’t super clear, so I ended up double-checking everything to make sure it was right. It does work, but imo it should be way easier than it is.

"Coupon issue felt totally avoidable"
I tried using my coupon at checkout, but it just kept failing no matter what I did. I reached out to support, and they eventually helped, but it took way longer than it should have. it felt like a avoidable hassle.

"Vaccines arrived cold and well packed"
I ordered vaccines from Jeffers and wasn’t totally sure how the shipping would go, since keeping them cold is obviously a big deal. When the box arrived, the cold packs were still cold and everything was packed snugly, which made me feel a lot better. No soggy box, no leaks, and nothing seemed like it had been sitting warm. I used the vaccines that same day and didn’t run into any issues. From my experience, they handled the shipping the way it should be handled.

"Good Once It Arrived"
I was excited to get my order and kept checking the tracking, but it ended up taking a little longer than I expected. It wasn’t a huge delay or anything terrible, just slower than I was hoping for. When the package finally showed up, everything inside was in good shape and the items were totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with what I got, I just wish the shipping had been a bit quicker.

I’ve ordered from jefferspet.com a handful of times, and it’s kind of one of those sites where I’ll find a great deal on one thing and then something else will be cheaper somewhere else, so I never really know until I start comparing. Some of the pet meds and supplies have definitely been less than what I’d pay at my local store, which is nice, but then I’ll notice another item is cheaper on a different site and I’m like, okay, not a total win. The shipping cost is also something to watch because if I’m only buying one or two things, it can kind of wipe out the savings. But if I’m stocking up and adding a few items, it makes more sense. Overall, I’d say they’re fine and I’d order again, I just don’t automatically assume they’re the cheapest anymore. I always check around first.

"Helpful updates, just a little slow"
I ordered a few supplements from Jeffers Pet and overall it went smoothly. I got the order confirmation almost right away, which made me feel like everything was actually in the system and not just floating around somewhere.
The shipping email came too, and the tracking link did work, but it didn’t really show movement until maybe the next day. I know that’s probably normal, but I still kept checking it like something was wrong, even though there wasn’t really any reason to think that.
Everything showed up when it was supposed to, and I never had to reach out to customer service, so that was nice. I’d give it 4 stars because the updates were useful, just not quite as quick as I was expecting for no particular reason...

"Finding what I needed was way harder than it should be"
The site technically works, but getting around it was annoying. I was just trying to buy a few pet supplies, and I kept getting sent into random categories or having to start my search over. The filters didn’t help much either, which feels a bit unfair when customers are trying to spend money and just need things to be clear. Checkout was fine once I finally got there, but browsing took way longer than it should have
